🫢🏼 I'm giving you my heart and soul... And lots of other stuff, too.

Ciao, Reader

Scroll down for the free stuff, but don't miss the big one.

I am more than a little excited to get this out there. I've been working on it for 2 years, pouring my heart and soul into it, and am proud of the result. The above first impression from an early reviewer has already made it worthwhile. I'm thrilled to release it to the world on the 25th anniversary of 9/11. What is it about?

  • Five outcasts
  • Two historic sanctuaries
  • One unforgettable family

When a post-9/11 police state fractures the nation, a widowed mother, a grieving cable guy, and a suspended NYPD cop seek safety inside a Philadelphia cemetery mansion.

Together, they learn that the strongest fortress against a hostile world isn't built of stoneβ€”it’s built of trust.

If you love "found family" stories, emotional healing, and quiet hope, When Songs of Children Filled the Air is your next must-read.

πŸ‘‰It is on pre-sale, BUT, it will be offered for free soon and I want you, those who (for some reason) are still on this mailing list to get it first. Unless you're just so awesome you want to support an indie author like me and buy the book for .99, your patience will be rewarded. It's also on KU, so anyone with a sub can read it for free any time.

Feel free to check it out: Amazon Book Page

Tech note: If you are an author, I highly recommend adding listening to your book to your self-editing routine. I do this before sending it off to the editor, and you cannot believe how many things your ears will catch that your eyes have missed a hundred times. I use Word's Real Aloud option (on paid versions) with a realistic (ish) voice, male or female. There are other options if you don't use Word. Fair warning though, if you use the standard *** for scene breaks, they are your digital narrator's kryptonite.

The world ended quietly. Now it will be saved the same way. With one impossible man, one inexplicable being, and a prophecy neither of them understands.

In space, one mistake can cost you your life.

An action science fiction short story

A near future story about an asteroid prospector and his imaginary companion.

Shipwrecked on a distant planet. Mysterious alien relics. His fresh start just turned into an interstellar conspiracy.

For readers who love the scrappy-crew swagger of Firefly, the lived-in wonder of Becky Chambers' Wayfarers, and the found-family heart of L.M. Sagas' Cascade Failure

My first novel and the start of an amazing ("clean") dystopian sci-fi saga is only .99 on Amazon now.
